Ship-n-Destroy is making an important update to the way we deliver Certificates of Destruction (CODs).<\/strong><\/p>\n

As we transition to our new electronic system, your Certificate of Destruction will now be emailed to you after your destruction service is completed.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Rest assured, you will still receive a COD after each service.<\/strong> The only change is how you receive it.<\/p>\n

Electronic delivery makes it easier to receive, save and retrieve your destruction records whenever you need them.<\/p>\n

We Need Your Current Email Address<\/h3>\n

To make sure you continue receiving your COD without interruption, please confirm that the email address we have on file is current and correct.<\/p>\n

Our system can send the Certificate of Destruction to one email address<\/strong>. In most cases, that will be the email address associated with your billing or invoice contact.<\/p>\n

If your Certificate of Destruction should go to a different person or department, please let us know.<\/p>\n
